This is your special day, so we want your vendors to align with your needs! The choice is up to you, but we also understand it can be overwhelming, so we like to let you know who the Bourgmont team likes to team up with.
Bourgmont does not require any specific vendors. A preferred vendor list is available upon request.

+ How Do I Schedule a Tour?

We require that you make an appointment to view the space. Our tours are scheduled Monday-Thursday, 8-5 PM. Our weekends are filled with events and we want to give our clients our full attention on their big day, as we would do for you.

+ WHAT TIME DO I GET ACCESS TO THE VENUE?

We allow access to the venue starting at 9 AM. Our ceremonies start at 4:30 PM and receptions start at 5:30 PM and conclude by 11:00 PM. All vendors must be out by midnight.

+ CAN I PICK UP MY DÉCOR THE DAY AFTER MY EVENT?

We do not allow any décor to be left after your event. We need the space clean for any events that are taking place the following day.

+ WHERE DOES THE BRIDE GET READY?

We have an on-site wedding suite that is perfect for getting ready with your closest family and friends! We allow access to this space starting at 9 AM.

Couples also have the option of renting the house on the property. The house is 8,500 square feet and sleeps up to 14 guests. This is where the majority of brides get ready for their big day! Please contact for pricing.

+ WHAT ALL IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICING?

We provide tables, chairs, high tops, wine barrels, set up and tear down of the event, and glassware for your wine. For weddings and receptions, a 1 hour rehearsal is included in the pricing. Ask our event specialist for additional pricing for day of wedding coordination.

+ DO YOU REQUIRE A DAY OF COORDINATOR?

We don't require a day of coordinator. However, we highly recommend you have a day of coordinator or utilize one of our day of coorindation packages to make sure your day runs smoothly.
