Located in South Johnson County, Bourgmont provides for all of your event planning needs. We seek to provide Kansas hospitality to our guests.
Bourgmont Vineyard opened in March 2017, located in bucolic Johnson County, only 35 minutes from downtown Kansas City. The winery complex hosts an assortment of events: wedding, corporate retreats, birthday parties, bridal showers and family reunions. Located on 160 acres with a beautiful 15 acre lake, this peaceful setting is the perfect location for your event!

THE EVENT SPACE
Bourgmont Winery’s interior, designed by the award-winning Bergman Landscape Architecture, transforms an original equestrian facility into a beautiful space that
comfortably seats up to 300 guests.
Our event space is the perfect spot to host a corporate event, family reunion, fundraiser, or wedding. We provide tables, chairs, high tops, and wine barrels.
You are welcome to bring in your own food and non-alcoholic drinks. We have a prep kitchen on-site, for a catering company to use of your choosing.
We have an open vendor policy, but we require all caterers to be licensed.
A preferred vendor list is available upon request.
THE BARREL ROOM
Interested in hosting a small, intimate event? Our barrel room is the perfect space for a baby shower, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, birthday party or corporate event.
This space can accommodate up to 50 guests and allows you to view our barrels of wine as they age and mature. We provide tables, chairs, linens and glassware for the wine. You will also have your own bartender in the barrel room for the duration of your event. We can offer wine tasting, wine fights or wine by the glass for your event.

WINE IN THE VINES
Wine in the vines is the perfect gathering for bridal showers, baby showers, bachelorette parties, wedding proposals, birthday parties or a night out with your closest friends!
Choose from a variety of décor for your table top. All plates, utensils and glassware are provided.
Tickets are $15 per person. We require a minimum of 4 guests and a maximum of 8.
We require a $150 wine minimum purchase and $50 food minimum purchase.
