Pilates and Pours with Amber Jacobs

Join us for a 60-minute Pilates class that will strengthen and stretch your whole body!

This is an all-level class with lots of challenges and modifications so everybody can perform at their best level. You’ll work your body in a healthy way that improves how you move and feel, and maybe even leave a little shaky! Bring a thick mat, and optionally a water bottle and sweat towel. Wear athletic or stretchy clothes, and the workout will be done either in socks or bare feet. Stick around after class and visit our tasting room. All participants will get 10% off their wine purchases. Can’t wait to see you there!

Amber Jacobs is a Pilates instructor with over 12 years of teaching experience. She loves to help others create a better quality of life through exercise. In Amber’s Pilates classes you’ll work all your major muscle groups in a balanced, safe way that leaves the whole body stronger. With over 10,000 teaching hours, Amber has worked with every type of client and will teach you new things about your body and health.
